At DERYAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
